The new year (2023) began with unfavorable economic events that challenged real estate markets.

Despite the uncertainty, we expect to complete the final phases of construction of The Dragon Castle project:

• Towers 2 and 3 (BADA and SAN) are undergoing final approval inspections with the Ministry of Construction. Our first residents will begin to move in by April.

• Tower 1 (JINJU) will also top off in April, with 24th floor.

• The restaurants, pharmacy and mini mart are expected to open at the ground floor in July.

The Dragon Castle is the third project of N.H.O in the Northern area. Special care is being taken to ensure that all residents enjoy a smooth, trouble-free experience, according to Mr. Jo, Project Director. “The departments of N.H.O, Handong, and Alpha Plus are cooperating to facilitate the move-in. It is a great honor to witness how families enjoy not only the first moments but also their life afterward at The Dragon Castle.”
